So yesterday, I watched the Netflix Documentary called "What The Health". The flick talked about and shed some light on the ADA and other food organizations. It seems that these same government mandated organizations sponsor corporations that provide the food that harms our bodies.

The shocking results within the video revealed that having diabetes is NOT sugar related BUT more so related to inflammation and that eating a more plant based diet (Vegan) is better than eating meat. Red meat, poultry and its ties, cause the inflammation and fat that makes your body insulin resistant. When you see the process on how the animals are kept and raised you begin to see the chain effects on infection, disease, and chemical passing chain to the kitchen table.

The crazy thing is that, on one hand the nutritionist and the doctors advise the consumption of fish, chicken and beef but yet, these foods cause the inflammation in the body. The doc showed the infections and puss that is processed within the eggs and meat we consume from the animals we devour.

So now I have decided to test theory of the documentary of doing a plant based diet.
This morning for breakfast I ate:

-2 Small Oranges
-2cups of raw Spinach
-Kind Cinnamon Peanut Dark Chocolate breakfast bar.

Lets see how this goes.
